Alessandro Raho (b. 1971, Nassau, Bahamas. Lives and works in London) Raho is a portrait and landscape artist. He often produces large-scale photo realist portraits of friends or family members. He was one of the youngest artists to be included in the groundbreaking Brilliant! New Art from London exhibition at the Walker Art Centre, Minneapolis in 1995. His work has been shown at the National Portrait Gallery in London, and recent solo exhibitions include Thomas Williams Fine Art, London and Ruzicska, Salzburg, and he is represented by Alison Jacques, London.
