Neighbours Wanted!

In November Jennifer Tee will reinstall Local Myths, a three and a half metre marble totem, in the main gallery. To initiate the marble totem into the changing context of Digbeth Jennifer is looking for ten ‘Neighbours’ to create new local myths by carrying a wooden totem from somewhere in Birmingham to Eastside Projects, following a walking route of their choice and arriving on the day of the Launch II event on Friday 2 November.
Each of the Neighbours will receive a copy of Jennifer’s Local Myths publication and a copy of a new print edition made from the Local Myths (Neighbours) project.
