EOP is a network built on personal connections and mutual support.

The Exchange brings EOP members together, pairing peers and opening up space for new creative conversations. Though projects have emerged from previous iterations, there is no expectation that anything other than new professional relationships, constructive conversations, and friendships will develop. It is ultimately an open-ended process with no limits or boundaries, simply framed by the invitation to begin a discussion.

The Exchange 2026 begins in January and connects 22 members. They are Maya Davis Stokes and Simon Olmetti, Lauren Royall, Jay Ottewell and Courtenay Welcome, Lucy Grubb and Alexander Stubbs, Larissa Shaw and Yvonne Tan, Simran Aliha and Zehra Kazmi, Ruth Hamblett and Alexia Pepper de Caires, Sophie Gresswell and Caitriona Dunnett, Sonia Levesque and Simmi Sahota, William Luz and Elliot Coffin, and Mary Flower and Em Williams.
