Re- Imagine ESP is a series of events which are designed to collectively re-imagine the structures that make up ESP and address questions about ownership, power structures, mutuality and empowerment.

Following the Re-imagining ESP events in November and the Draft #1 meeting on 23 February a series of key ideas have emerged, in particular around creating a new structure in which members are active participants.

The Draft#2 session practically translated thinking and conversations into operating structures and processes.

How would an ESP committee/board/assembly/programming group of active participants/shop stewards/elected representatives/self-selecting enthusiasts/critical voices/production partners operate and who wants to/should be part of it? At the end of the session we had a new working structure.
