EOP Members are invited to join us for a session with Declan Westwood in which he will introduce Arts Council England and who they are, outline the two most relevant funds for individuals or smaller scale projects - Project Grants and DYCP (Developing Your Creative Practice) - and explain how to apply for funding. We’ll also have plenty of time for questions at the end so come ready to find out what you need to know.

Declan is a Visual Arts Relationship Manager for Arts Council England, based in the Midlands. He specialises in funding support, place-based investment, and organisational development. He has worked across a range of funding programmes, including Project Grants and DYCP. His role includes managing a portfolio of National Portfolio Organisations (NPOs), providing funding advice, assessing applications, and supporting strategic development.
