ESP members and Eastside Projects Volunteers only
‘The worst cliques are those which consist of one man’ George Bernard Shaw New members meet new members, old members meet new members, volunteers meet ESP, ESP meet Eastside Projects …
There is nothing worse than walking into an event and feeling like you are the only one there who doesn’t know anyone. More than likely you’re surrounded by people having exactly the same thought. This informal event is designed to allow ESP members to meet each other, put names to faces and find out more about each others’ practices and interests.
Based on a speed-dating model, ESP members and volunteers had the opportunity to meet in an informal context for a series of rapid-fire three minute long conversations. Each person was asked to bring a ‘totem’ with them to form a starting point for dialogue. After the event we headed to the Old Crown to chat more casually with new friends, acquaintances and potential collaborators.
This event was free and open to all ESP members and Eastside Projects’ volunteers
